Over the summer, I had the opportunity to work and train with Coach Wes. Coming off a shoulder injury and multiple knee injuries, I needed a trainer that would just help me with just the basics of basketball. The fundamentals like, footwork, jumping/ landing properly etc. Wes was able to diagnose those problems and help me fix those issues to lessen those constant injuries. His ability to incorporate his knowledge working in sports performance and combining it with his on the court knowledge/ experience helped me get better this summer, while seeing major progression throughout that time. I was able to gain a ton of mental and physical knowledge about the game because of Wes, and would not be doing as well as I am today with basketball without him.

Coach Wes shows how invested he is by watching game film to critique me personally and offer suggestion on how I can become more effective and efficient!

I’ve been going to Healthy Baller for about 4 or 5 years and every year it seems like they get better and better. I trained with Wes Dunning, he does a great job with his workouts. He specifically worked with basketball movements, agility and strengthening with me because that’s what I needed and I feel like I got stronger, faster, quicker when I finished. Yes…and what I mean by that is that I consider every human being to be an athlete(to an extent). Performance training is relative to whatever lifestyle, standards, goals and overall quality of life that an individual desires. This could be a basketball player committed to playing at the Division 1 level, adults that want to stay fit for their recreational sports league, or parents that want to remain as active and alert as possible and present for their families!

Primarily in Montgomery, MD but I am open to traveling across the DMV area and beyond!
