Using a band anchored to to a sturdy post or held by a workout partner can be a great way to developing explosiveness through resisted drills(going against the tension of the band) and assisted drills (going in the same direction of tension from the band) which also can help with working on “slamming on the brakes” through deceleration with and without the ball.
