You can’t do too much about your anthropometrics, which refers to the measurements and proportions of the human body(in this case hand size), but there are numerous things that can be done to improve the grip strength of all hand sizes! 🤝
I’ll incorporate some of the exercises from time to time in workouts as active rest between main lifts or conditioning. I like to do the exercises with the basketball right before I play or workout on the court. Whenever my hands feel strongest, I have more control of the ball especially when driving through the lane and finishing at the rim! 💪🏾😤
